"I came in just to purchase ONE thing that I put on hold. When my family and I walked in, only one associate greeted us. 3 other associates were by the register so I went up to them, patiently waiting for them at least acknowledge me. NONE of them asked if I needed help or if I had a question. I was right in front of them for a good minute or so and they obviously saw me. Instead acknowledging, 2 of them continued to talk among themselves and the other was just counting money. I ended up leaving the register and asked the associate that greeted me for help. She was the only associate that helped me. Service was poor and associates were rude :)"

"The best JW staff on the ISLAND, they style me with ease for all of my events! Going here takes so much stress off of me trying to find the best fit for my gigs. Affordable clothes are limited here on Island however JW most definitely does their best keeping their store updated with the latest styles! Thank you guys so much!"

"I'm big on customer service and Google reviews. I like to compliment businesses and their staff on great service and poor service. Being in customer service for over 30 years myself, I felt this store did not even deserve half a star. It's dirty, no greeting "Hi, Hello, How are you, May I help you, etc." No eye contact, not even a smile. I mean I could literally have walked out with something. It was like totally being ignored the entire time my daughter and I were in there. Do your employees judge customers by the way we dress which determines how much money we spend? To the corporate management who see these reviews. PLEASE teach your hires how to smile, welcome your customers and be helpful. Not make us feel like a burden a that we're messing up your already dirty store and look like they hate their jobs and that your customers are an inconvenience."
