"Absolute garbage. Spent almost an hour with 2 employees who wasted my time by selling me on items they were not " authorized " to sell even though they were fully stocked on the shelf right next to the cash register. When I asked for a manager, it turned out to be one of the people I was talking to who was actually selling me on purchasing the items. "We'll get you a substitute instead " NOPE, F-OFF SEPHORA. CAN'T IMAGINE A WORST FIRST TIME SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HERE. NEVER RETURNING. EVER."

"The returns policy is absolutely ridiculous! After 60 days, even if you have the receipt and the product is barely used, you can’t even get store credit or do an exchange for something else. And it’s not like this store is an outlet/clearance store, they sell full priced high end products. This is a terrible way to do business"

"Went to get my make up done. Jada is a great MUA. I don’t know if she has experience working on dark skin very often, but she was willing to take direction and was very adamant about me leaving a happy customer. She did a wonderful job and I’d love to have her do my make up again. The store itself NEEDS BETTER LIGHTING AROUND THE BEAUTY STUDIO!!!!!! Buy some ring lights or something. It’s a hinderance when you’re getting a service and can’t even see what’s going on clearly. In conclusion, jada is amazing (give her a raise) and also buy some lights for the beauty studio. The fact that she did a great job practically in the dark speaks volumes."

"Went to this location, got greeted and got asked if I needed help. That's all I got. I did wanted help but the lady that worked there took off. I'm a black woman and with that being said, if the worker are not acknowledged on all type of skin then hire someone who can. I was at that location for 1hr 24min looking for the right foundation. I don't normally wear make up so the help could had speed the process faster."
