"My wife and I just recently bought a new Mercedes, The service we received was above and beyond exceptional!! We love the car!"

"Arrived at dealership, to find that the technician was not available. So service would have to be rescheduled , but not sure when. Despite the service rep being aware of this fact before we arrived NO attempt was made to contact us informing us the “ no show” technician. Thus preventing us driving 45 minutes for nothing. Service rep was less than helpful and appeared quite indifferent to the whole situation. She obviously has had little to no customer service experience or training. Not the standard that has been displayed by this dealership in the past."

"The dude in the service center J.D Macias is so rude and not professional at all . I had an appointment at 3pm to change only 2 tiers which I had to order my own tiers . I showed up for my appointment and he told me that they can not do it today and I have to come back tomorrow morning at 7 am . We all know how long does it take to change only 2 tiers . I came back in the morning and waiting here for almost 2hours and still haven’t get my car back, top of that the dude is being absolutely rude and disrespectful. What can I do ? There is only one Mercedes Benz on this island and that’s why they get away with treating customers like this and get away with . This is the least I can do to leave a review and let everybody know what’s going on here . 108 $ for changing 2 tiers and being treated like this ."

"Made an appt at 3pm, was a few minutes late due to the rain but it was a simple tire install as I had to order my own tires to island. Which was fine. Got to the dealership for my scheduled appt and told don't have time. Only drove across island because the appt was made then to be turned around and treated so rudely by J.D. Macias. For the amount customers invest, and in any service or business, should have been handled much more maturely on Mercedes end. Gross. Unfortunately what other options do you have? That's why they get away with treating customers this way- hence the least I can do is leave a review."

"It’s never fun to sit around waiting for an issue with our car to be diagnosed, but the folks here always take very good care of us with beverages, television, clean restrooms and very friendly service. Always straight forward and pleasant, there’s never a feeling of being taken advantage of. Honest and caring, from the service employees to the sales staff. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Maui!"
