"I own a clothing company and my usual print shop failed to properly press my shirts causing the screen print design to smear off and crack after one wash. I’m so so stressed!! Thank god i caught this defect before shipping out all my orders that were placed. Let me start off with the communication I’ve had with Mistie. She was so genuine, sympathetic, and quick with responding with my situation. She offered to re-press my shirts within a 24 hour window. Be mindful, this is a tedious job, and other print shops either had a 2 week turnaround time or they didn’t want to take the job. First she re-pressed 3 shirts as a sample and told me to go home and wash and dry it. I went home immediately and washed/ dried the shirts and boom, design stuck like it should!!!! i dropped off 250 shirts and she got the job done!!! She saved my business and i can’t thank her enough for this!!!!"

She was more than patient to help us try on different sizes and very honest about our ability to buy certain pieces at other retail stores.
