"I purchased my first Chanel bag at this location in 2022 with John Vu. John took the time to keep in contact when the handbag I wanted became available during my trip. He also was helpful by emailing me a copy of my receipt after losing it. I needed the receipt to submit my handbag for insurance coverage. I recently visited this location again yesterday. The store was very clean and organized. The staff members were all friendly and the door was opened upon arrival and departure. I did not have any certain handbag in mind during this visit. But John took the time to show me all the products that I wanted, even though I was not hard set on purchasing something this visit. John did not try to push a sale. I was actually hoping to get the Chanel baume in 928 in pink delight but it was sold out (also sold out everywhere in Ca)."

"I have never felt so disrespected at a luxury boutique as I did at this Chanel store. We were here from Canada ready to buy me birthday gifts (bag and shoes) but the older gentleman (perhaps store manager) was rude and had such a condescending tone. The ladies working seemed nice and pleasant but he was following us around the store so I had no option but to ask him for some shoes. Very little help was offered except “I’ll check- no we don’t have your size.” No alternatives were offered. No follow up questions about perhaps trying on a different style. It’s all rudimentary sales etiquette really. When staff show little regard to clientele, why in the world would I want them to make a commission off of me? I really wished I had videotaped this interaction as I’m sure Chanel headquarters would be appalled."

"We enter the store and folks shy away from offering assistance looking for what we want? The salesman doesn't know the breadth of Chanel product line and doesn't know they don't carry an item. Then we look on phone for comparison price for another product and he misquotes the store price including local sales tax by nearly a dollar? Then when we decide to leave after a purchase we feel escorted out!"

"I cannot speak for the other reviews but my experience today at this location was an awesome experience, everyone was polite and very informative , the store was clean and well kept , they even recommend me to look around at the surrounding stores, Siulo my sale associate was the best !!!
