"This clinic has failed in many ways over several years except for the dental. The general staff is better now so far but a provider is not always present to cover the care needed. A nurse can't even give a prescribed injection without a provider being present & then becomes rude when the patient expresses a bit of frustration due to being told there was always someone available. The answering service & communication is often inadequate as well."

"Dr Moates and her assistant were friendly and exhibited a sense of confidence. The entire process only took 1 1/2 hours, including new patient paperwork and x-rays. The broken wisdom tooth was removed quickly and now I am free from concern about pain and infection. They are short staffed but nurse Leah was polite and professional. High marks to this small clinic for providing excellent care."

"The New Dr.Pateick Yeakeys is Great! Knowledgeable, friendly,as thouogh as time allows. The front desk are polite. The Referral person, as typical of Bay Clinics on the East Side, is obstructive and lies to defend her agenda to control patient care. It took me 2 weeks of calling daily, before someone inadvertently revealed her documented LIE. Then several more days to. Correct the referral. She has yet to place a referral Dr ordered on Aug 5. Today is September 12! There are sighs all over the office, still announcing the *pending arrival" of Dr Yeakeys, who has been on staff for several months. As you can see, the website also doesn't list him. If you need primary care only, this is a good place. If you need follow-up outside of that, or any labs, rx, referrals to specialists...hope you don't die first!"

"Dr. Ivers first took me in as a walk-in when I had an ear infection. She dropped everything she was doing to see me. She immediately called in a prescription for me and I had no problem getting my medicine. However, she is very careful about prescribing medications. When I went back to her, still having a little pain, she did not want to prescribe more antibiotics. At first I was surprised, but in the end, she was right. The infection went away. This is a doctor who knows what she is doing. People may have a problem with her cautionary approach to prescribing meds, but I respect her judgement. She is a thorough and compassionate doctor."
