"BE CAREFUL, THIS STORE WILL TRY TO FOOL YOU. They double charged us for 1 bag ($764.94) and claimed the first attempt didn't go through. We couldn't check our credit card transaction history when we were at Ala Moana because connection wasn't good and there's usually a few hours delay to receive updates. When we later found out they double charged us, we called them and demanded a solution: they did nothing but kept saying "we'll call accounting team to see what happened," which doesn't make sense, because this store was the one who made transaction & it was supposed to be weekends. If this was a real mistake, they should have been transparent about the next steps and be responsible for their mistake; instead, they reacted as if we don't understand their technical difficulties and situation. Attitude was not respectful at all. I honestly think they were trying to fool us, probably because my parents couldn't speak English and they were supposed to go back to their home country soon. Guess what, I'm going to demand answer and solution until we get one. Please save your money and energy by not shopping at this location. I'll write an update once this situation gets resolved."
