The big girl started yelling and sticking her face out and shaking her fingers at me yelling because I said I would never come here again, they didn't even bother to give me an explanation why they had to charge me again and that they should call the county because they have the power compared to a single individual to change the rules of repairing a vehicle, that woman has the Foulis vibe of anyone I've run into on the island and 50 years! Point is they were, and she was in particular...absolutely foul !!! Zero thought or concern for the customer. The first time I went they closed before their time as posted and 2nd time they gave me a void because my horn didn't work and the part delivery took way too long so I was 2 weeks past the time allotted for repair and they charged me full price again, I paid 6 weeks earlier !!! No explaination, no sorry!! no agreement that the county should change their policy! I'll never go there again and she made it very clear and said that she didn't care at all if I never came again and don't! Need I say more? I've never even given a bad review to anyone ever."
