"Amazing services! All tech's were professional and thorough. The receptionist was super nice to me, she got me water & even went to Starbucks for another client, who does that? I think her name was Kristin. I called ahead to ensure my desired day & times were available. I also confirmed the scope of service & prices (so there were no surprises) that the receptionist was happy to give me. My daughter & I both had back facials from Angelica that were amazing! I also had a spa pedi with a fabulous massage by Kelly. The kid got her mani & gel nails by Shy, who took her time & her nails look like they were done yesterday, it's been a week already! I have nothing but great things to say about KOR and the entire staff. Thank you to all of you at KOR for making our Mother/ Daughter time relaxing, refreshing, fun and memorable!"

"I was excited to go here. We own a vacation rental and travel periodically to the island to enjoy it. I follow Kor on IG and was excited to finally get in on their schedule. The front desk receptionist was not overtly unfriendly, but she was definitely not a pleasant personality. Best way I can describe her. She seemed uninterested in performing her duties and had an aire of superiority toward the customers, but she seemed nice to the other staff. I really like the ladies who did our combo pedicure. I likely will not be back because it was too pricey. Other pedicures I have had in the past were priced much lower, and they came with a lower leg massage and scrub. When charging high prices, the overall service provided needs to reflect that luxury price. I gave 4 stars for the service for the pedicure, but the front reception needs improvement, and prices might be a bit too inflated for what you get."

"I was late to my mani/pedi appt by 15 mins. I texted the phone# that reminded me of my appt that I was stuck in traffic and will be 10-15 mins late. I was told by the receptionist that ph# is a third party, etc and they did not get my text message. Long story short, the receptionist was not accommodating and told my girlfriend and I that they only have time to give us a pedi. The odd thing is that we were the only two people there., outside of a woman who was having her hair done. What really pushed me over was that she charged us $90 each for the pedi. I'm not sure of their pricing, but that seems exceptionally high for a pedi. This is literally the first time I have ever written a bad review. With the awful service and unethical charges, I felt compelled to warn future customers. If you are looking for a snotty receptionist to greet you and don't mind being overcharged...this is the place for you."
