"I cannot recommend this establishment. During my visit for a lip and brow clean-up, I found that the procedure was performed without any consideration or attention to detail. Despite informing Mimi about my sensitive skin, she did not handle the process with care, as evident in the pictures. When I expressed my concerns about the damage caused to my skin, her response was to suggest that I should have opted for sugaring instead and they do not offer this option. Additionally, she did not apply any aloe or suitable remedy for the resulting scratches. Now I can not enjoy my holidays in Maui as I am not able to take sun or go to the beach. I will not return to this place"
