"It’s not a relaxing environment. You are rushed through the whole process. They don’t even give you time to put on the massage setting for the chair. The nail techs don’t listen to what you want and always try to upsell other services to you. Used to be one of my favorite places to go to, but over the years it’s gone down hill. The staff will obviously talk smack about you to each other in another language. You can tell because they are holding your hand or feet out to the other staff and they all start laughing. Then they’ll offer you a service you didn’t come in for like getting your eyebrows done. Very unprofessional, judgmental, and rude. You deserve good treatment, and it won’t be from here."
