"I called John about fixing my license plate that was loose in the front of my car. He was so pleasant & cordial. A couple of days later I brought the car in & within a few minutes he was able to tighten the screws. He checked to see if he had windshield wipers that I needed to be replaced. He didn’t but gave me to good referrals. He didn’t want to charge me for fixing the license plate but I insisted on giving him some cash. He is such a humble, caring person. No job is too small for him to help you. I will be using him in the future. He cares."

"all Auto Mechanic shops were booked for weeks. John said he would look at my car that wasn't starting the next day if I could get a tow. I was waiting for tow truck and decided to try to start car. It started but this time it didn't turn off,.. so I just drove to Elite. John was so gracious and said he would check out the car. Approx 1 hour later he called to say he checked it out... and could not find anything wrong with car. I went to pick up and he did not charge me. I was ready to pay for diagnostic. I can honestly say after moving from the mainland. I have found my new Mechanic... his shop is literally walking distance from our home. God is Good. Mahalo John!!"
