"I recently got my car back from auto body shop and found they charged me twice as much as said. charged me for parts they didn't use including a new hood(which today they admitted to).possibly falsified an insurance claim.cause more damage to my car, then made me pay for it(hammer and screwdriver to my door), while I told them not to. the list goes on. my car is brand new and now isn't going to be worth anything because of these guys. I’m currently hiring a lawyer."

"Customer service was incredible. Very friendly and caring workers you have there. They were very communicative with me. Answered any questions I had. They had my truck amidst the fires occurring and I asked them if they could let me know as soon as my truck was available so I could deliver supplies to Lahaina. They called me right away and said it will be ready asap. Can’t say anything bad whatsoever. The work done was also great. Doesn’t look like my truck ever had a dent in it after they repaired it. "This was one of state farms network shops. Car had humming noise coming from front passenger. I deduced this to probably being a bad wheel bearing. I am not a mechanic however. On the day of the estimate. The tech asked me what the issue was and put a mat down and looked at the wheel and the suspension. That was it. That was all it took for an estimate diagnosis which I thought would involve a little more inspection perhaps a test drive. I get an email the same day with the estimate. Replace wheel bearing. I approve it. Shop said they will get in contact when the part comes in. 3 Weeks pass. I emailed to ask what is going on. Quote: Aloha,Unfortunately we are not gonna be doing the repairs for your vehicle , we suggest taking it to the dealer or to a mechanic shop due to our techs not being comfortable in trying to find the problem, it could take a lot longer than the expected time. Email claimed I was notified of this the same day i got the estimate via same email. There was none. In any case, nearly a month wasted due to lack of communication and state farm reassigned the claim to a new shop."
