"New to the area and am glad to have found this pediatric office! The check-in process was smooth, and the waiting room had plenty of seats, so it didn’t feel crowded. The staff is fantastic, and the office is kid-friendly! The wait time was surprisingly short, which is a huge plus! Even better, once we were seen, the doctor gave us her full attention. We didn’t feel rushed at all; the doctor took the time to address all our concerns. She was super easy to talk to and made an effort to connect with my child. I feel confident in the care my kids will be receiving here!! Happy they were taking new patients and takes our insurance!"

Dr. Dory has a fantastic bedside manner, and she is very good about providing information and answering questions. The office is really nice, and the staff is friendly. "We visited Dr. Greenfield last week and she was great! The staff was really friendly and helpful. America (that’s her awesome name) was our nurse and she helped me with all my paperwork from moving so many times as a military family. I am not used to pediatric offices being so helpful and friendly. We drove for 3 hours all together from our little town in Nevada and it was totally worth it! Thank you so much! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and positive vibe of the office. See you all next week with my youngest! ♥️"

"Our regular doctor was out for the office but they were able to squeeze us in with Dr. Wallace since my kiddo was sick. Dr. Wallace and his medical assistant were both kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure to explain everything and showed great care and concern for my sick child. Very grateful to know that no matter which doctor we see in this practice, they attend to us as their own patient. Highly recommend Dr. Wallace. Thank you!"

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pediatric Associates with my child, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I have been with this practice for a very long time. First as a patient myself for 18 years and my children for 15 years. From the moment we walk in, it is evident that this is a place where the well-being and comfort of children were top priorities. First and foremost, the staff at PA were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the friendly receptionist who greeted us with a smile to the compassionate nurses and doctors. One of the standout aspects of this pediatrician's office is the child-friendly environment. The waiting area is thoughtfully designed with colorful decor, age-appropriate toys, and books. It's clear that the office understands the importance of making the visit as stress-free as possible for children and their parents. The office is impeccably clean and well-organized, which is especially reassuring in today's health-conscious climate. Their commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment is evident and contributes to an overall sense of safety. I also appreciated the efficient appointment scheduling. PA is an exceptional place for pediatric care. To those of you who have left some very ugly reviews regarding the billing department, I can only wonder if part of the story you told was left out. Because as we all know there is more than one side of the story. I can only think that perhaps your behavior was less than favorable based on the way you wrote your reviews. Quite frankly some of you don't sound very pleasant to deal with. I wonder if some of you feel HIPPA somehow protects you because they are unable to give their side of things??? I have dealt with the billing office on more than one occasion over the years and have had nothing but kind and helpful conversations with them. For people out there trying to decide if this practice is for you..... I would say YES! If you are kind and courteous to the people in this office, they will treat you the same way. Don't let those keyboard warriors scare you away. You will be missing out! I'm grateful to have such a wonderful healthcare provider for my child, and I highly recommend Pediatric Associates and their team to any parent in search of exceptional pediatric care."
