"Rented a car for a whole day with broken infotainment system, wasn’t able to use car play or even switch off radio. Zipcar offered a 30-min ($8) refund after multiple contacts, feels like a joke… Hopefully this is a one of experience, but Zipcar customer service is terrible now compared to just a year ago for similar issues. Make sure you read the location details for both rental and return, you have to go all the way inside the shopping mall for the elevator that takes you to L5"
