"okay so i basically came in after i was done from school with a scheduled appointment for a haircut and highlights. let me just say i take great care of my hair and spend lots of money on hair products specially for my hair. at the time, i wasn’t informed if i could get platinum for my highlights and how much the highlights would be until my haircut was done. honestly, the haircut did NOT look like the photo i showed and i thought ykw this haircut might be one of the haircuts youd like let it marinate for a few weeks and itd look good (still doesn’t its been almost a month). anyways, as i was getting my highlights done, i felt a slight tingle from the bleach and since i guess it’s “normal” i let it slide. after about 30 minutes my hairdresser came back to wash the bleach out and apply the toner. THE TONER BURNED MY SCALP. at first, i thought the toner was normal like the bleach but GOD I WAS DYINGGG. when it was done though, she blowed my hair and snipped more (i thought it was unnecessary but she helped herself i guess…) after the final product was presented to me, i almost bursted into tears on how bad i looked. prob body dysmorphia who knows but like after i paid the $160 i ran out that shop bursting into tears and immediately ran my scalp under cold water because the burning was kinda still there. after a few days, i scratched my scalp and chunks of skin came out? its still happening and every time i run it underwater it burns. potenial lawsuit? idk im broke but i searched this up and it says i have a fungal infection on my scalp and if not treated itll spread around my body.. guess it already happened considering all the acne and pimples forming on my neck which never happened before until i got my highlights done."
