"If I could give 0 stars I would,lavish nails at Pearlridge mall went on 03/09 for gel mani/reg pedi. 4hrs later after the salon go take a shower the nail polish got crumply called come in Sunday that’s cool. I was thrown off instead of taking off the nail polish re do it again they repainted all of them over the ugly nail polish again.I know for fact other salons they don’t do that. Fast foward 03/13 one of nails started peeling off, I didn’t even bother to call because of the whole pedi etc. Week later well now I don’t have any gel nails they are all fugly I called my go to salon where I always go never had a problem. Oh and they are over priced they will tell you get the volcano exfoliate etc,I’m giving you a discount for being 1st time here it $120 not including tip for a gel nail/reg ped other places it’s -about $75 save your money horrible experience."

"Poor service! Me and my mother went to get multiple things done. First, my mother asked for a basic pedicure which totaled out to be 34 dollars. The nail tech didn’t even clean, shape, or cut the nails. The nail tech soaked her feet, dried it and started putting nail polish on. My gel pedi cost fifty dollars, the end result looked rushed. I didn’t notice until I got home. My powder nails were rushed the top coat ended up coming off on two fingers. The nail tech cut me on multiple fingers and my toe with the dermal tool. A service that totaled over 188 dollars. We were disappointed in the service but didn’t say anything because they would complain in their language. Now, I feel like I should have said something because the service was just horrible. In my opinion a lot of nail places are just not like before and just want money."

"I always have my pedi from Kelly. Super awesome and she never disappoints me. I always look forward to see Kelly and the many other ladies there. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff works very hard and never goes unnoticed of how much I appreciate each and every one of them here. Mahalos for doing such a great job..see u guys next month!!!"

"I have been here multiple times and have always had a great experience. Except for today. I asked Elena for french tip gel nails with purple tips instead of white. Somehow that turned into purple with some glitter (charged extra for) and then a whole nail purple with a flower (because she said the flower wouldn't show up on french even thought the gel she took off had exactly that). That's not the worst part. She cut me not once but twice on each hand. She apologized and carried on. My daughter was with me getting hers done and was ready before me. We leave and I notice that multiple nails are uneven and jagged. It's bad. But I didnt have time to go back in and have them fixed because I had to be somewhere else. I was charged $70+ for this and I can't help but laugh. Going to call them up and see if they can be fixed. Crazy."
