"Growing up in Manoa, my parents always chose Manoa Service for their vehicles, vehicles that lasted for 10-15 years thanks to their excellent service. I will still drive from Mililani to Manoa Texaco for everything: safety checks, oil changes, tire repair and replacement, brake work, etc. They are always busy, which is a testament to how well they take care of their customers and the cars in their care. Highly recommend!"
"I never come here for gas, but I always take my car here for oil change and safety check. The workers here are extremely fast and I guess some people mistake their efficient workflow for rudeness. I don't mind it if it means I'm in and out in less than half an hour."
"Extraordinarily rude workers. I pulled up to get air and the worker shouted at me and told me I was blocking the driveway even though there was clearly enough room for cars to pass through. She continued to shout at me telling me that the self-service was on the other side. I was aware of this but the past several times I had stopped here, the self service was out of service. When I asked about this, she just continued to shout at me, repeating the same thing over and over again. If you wish to be treated with even the slightest level of respect, do not come here."
"Workers are so rude! I went to change the oil of my car I made an appointment, they suggested to change my air filter. It took so long for the filter to arrive that I decide to leave. So they put my old filter back but without making sure it was placed right. When I asked for the sticker of the oil, ( so I will know when I should come back) they told me the light will pop up!. The mechanic was mad at me, I did nothing wrong, it wasn't my fault that the part did not arrive. 2 hours and half waiting with an appointment is to much, for a oil change."
"In 2009, my Ford Ranger always felt like it was missing when I accelerated. Took it to Hon. Ford, Lex Brodie and a couple shops; still the problem. Manoa Service was recommended by a friend, took it there and problem solved. They checked the fuel filter which was clean but the plugs were all different makes and ages. Been a customer ever since for my 2010 Toyota Tacoma."
