"I was really happy with the job they did. 1 year later the paint has soaked into the substrate. Now it's been 2 years. I was told by another painter they did not use a sealer over the primer before they painted it. that causes the paint to seep into the primer and cause damage. plus the clear coat is beginning to become oxidized. after two years, and the fact I wax this vehicles hood every 30 to 60 days... super bummed. I spoke to Sandy couple times, asked her if they warranty their paint, asked about fixing this, she said Harry will call and we talk story. he never called. I paid them $800 dollars for this and they treat me like I am scamming them. Super bummed. I am going to the court house to get the paperwork together to sue them. I have successfully sued other auto scammers in the past. I only post positive reviews unless you are outright scamming people. I have a receipt, documentation, to the courthouse I go, update in 90 days."

"Just like a previous reviewer said... Staff was helpful on the phone and upon check-in but never actually gave an estimate. Called on Feb 17 to make an appointment, took my car in on Feb 19, it only took 10 minutes but they did not actually complete the estimate form, said they would get back to me "soon." Thought this was strange but figured they might have to look up parts/costs. Heard nothing for 3 days, so I called back on Feb 22, office lady said they should finish it "tomorrow." Never heard from them again (it is now March 13) and I have long since taken my car repair elsewhere. Why even say they do estimates if they don't complete them?"
