"Kept my vehicle for over a year, wouldn't respond to let me pick up, racked up 20+ tickets on my VW Van for Parking it illegally while working on it. It was towed from his shop and he never told me. Caught my van on fire, didn't tell me, van was totaled. Been fighting him in court for over a year now and he never shows up so the date gets moved every month. I hope Barry Bettencourt gets the day he deserves. I can't say worse things about this business."

"terrible mechanic! had our van for almost a year and it’s even worse than when we first gave it to him. at least then we could drive it. now we can’t even go a mile up the road without it stalling without warning. asked him to do an engine rebuild and now its the only working part on the van. somehow my turn signals don’t work and a toddler can hold their breath longer than this battery will hold a charge. absolutely unacceptable!"

"Avoid , uses your car as personal vehicles and hold your car as hostage even when they aren’t working on it. Terrible, not sure how others on here are giving 5 star reviews when so many people/customers have been ripped off and taken advantage of."

"Terrible experience here, avoid at all costs. Charged me a fortune to fix oil leak and issue with power steering, ended up worse than it was before! Went to this place because I was in a time crunch and a friend had told me about it (not a friend anymore!) they didn't fix the things they had said they would and charged for it. They were however excellent at finding numerous new 'faults' with the car that managed to steadily increase the bill. Took the car back after noticing the same issues they had 'fixed' - no apologies, no admission just another huge quote. In the end went to main dealership who were shocked at the poor work done to the car and managed to set it all right. I got taken for a ride by these guys and it cost me a lot! Hopefully you learn from my mistake."
