"Excellent service! Quick, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this auto shop for all your car needs."
"10 out of 10 I recommend!! Good prices that you would never see at other repair shops!"
"Super nice guys! I had problem with my blinkers and they were honest and said that they didn’t have the experience to fix it due to some aftermarket stuff I had previously installed and that they could try to fix it but it would be expensive and time consuming, and they waived the $200 diagnostic fee. Definitely coming back if I have any other problems!"
"I booked my appointment a week in advance due to my busy schedule with my line of work. I showed up to my appointment at 10 am on my only day off for the week, and went over my issues for my appointment. I wanted an overall maintenance check up, oil change, make sure my battery is still thriving, headlight crack replacement and to examine my AC for an estimate on if it could be fixed. The office guy told me it would take 2-3 hours and he would text me in ten mins with an estimate. 2.5 hours later I called them wondering what was happening. He told me he was super slammed and gonna text me in five minutes for the estimate for my truck. I got the estimate via text they said an AC charge, oil change, and headlight change was on it. I asked if the charge for the AC was gonna fix it or what the 200 dollars for that was getting me. One hour later they responded and said it was not possible to fix my AC and they wouldn’t charge me the 200 because it wasn’t possible anyways. Ok great but now a new estimate for oil change, headlight, and super charger hose and repair was sent to me for over double the amount previously quoted. I denied the hose charge and was told my truck was ready for pick up then. It’s now almost 4pm I’ve been waiting for almost six hours for a headlight change and an oil change. I’m a little irritated at this point because I feel like it wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been and the communication has been poor but the mechanics said they got slammed really bad and apologized and that’s good enough for me. I left the parking lot and rolled down my windows and they made a noise that they hadn’t made when I dropped it off or ever before. Not knowing what was going on I circled back and told the office man who then said he was gonna have a mechanic WD40 them and see if that would do the trick and we would go from there. I was happy with that. The owner shows up and immediately shuts down any more maintenance on my truck. His conversation with me was extremely upsetting and almost brought me to tears he was implying that I was trying to get work done for free from his company and that I was accusing them of messing with my windows or door panel and he has video footage that proves otherwise. I was shocked because I didn’t know what was happening with my windows nor did I ever mention wanting to see footage or thought any mechanic did anything intentional to my truck. What I do know is that I have one off day a week, had spent six hours waiting for oil change, and headlight change, and now have another issue to look into or fix as well as having to come back for a hose to give them more money. I was done talking with the owner because I don’t know why they had no problem WD40ing my windows and now I’m some kind of thief to him. At this point I’m unsure if I should call the police to make a report because this is out of hand with this guys threats and I don’t know what you have to do for documentation in mechanical situations at all. So I just demanded to talk to the previous guy I had been dealing with all day since the owner told me he has never worked on a vehicle before nor has any idea on how to fix one when I asked him if he had experience. The owner didn’t want me speaking to him but I ignored him and went in and asked him to come out and speak with me since he actually knows how to fix cars. At this point I’m still almost in tears he tried to deescalate the situation and ending up talking to the owner on the side to allows him to do his WD40 trick. I demanded to be charged for a bottle of WD40 just so that cheap man doesn’t think I showed up to short his business of it. It didn’t work because the owner didn’t want them to touch my door panels. I ended up going home taking my own door panels off and WD40ed my window crank from inside and fixed my own truck in less than 15 mins. I’m in awe of the owners customer service. I not only paid for absolutely everything that was quoted for my truck but had planned on coming back for my hose until Slater the owner showed up."
