"Super easy and quick to get my car fixed after I got sideswiped; when I got my car back, I honestly couldn't even remember where the damage was because it was so smooth and seamless!"
"Scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate and they asked for an authorization from my insurance company. I called my insurance agent and had that sent over. Day of my appointment, met with the manager, Jason, who took a look at my car. He didn’t seem to want the business, had various excuses and gave a timeline of 6 months. He pointed out a BMW in their garage and said he had to work on that first. He mentioned that BMW at least 3x. I guess they can only handle one car at a time. It also seemed like the front end damage to my car was too much for them to handle. He pretty much told me to go somewhere else and mentioned trying somewhere in Kalihi or further out. That’s all good, but if you’re so busy and/or incapable of handling the repair, don’t schedule the appointment in the first place and waste my time. Just be up front up about it from the get go. Another shop I contacted that’s a few blocks down the road told me they were booked out 6-8 weeks. That’s being up front."

"Manager Jason, the pretty Kiley, and their crew did a wonderful job fixing my right headlight and fender after my neighbor accidentally backed into it. Jason kept in touch about insurance issues so there’d be no surprises, and Kiley reminded me to take belongings out of my car especially my garage door opener which I had forgot! They finished the job earlier than expected despite being busier since we’re in Tier 3 and everyone bringing in their cars. My fender and headlight were perfectly fixed can’t even tell it was totally smashed in before and the paint job was a dream! They surprised me with other complimentary extras! Mahalo to City Fender for taking good care of me and my baby!!"
