"I recently started to focus on my hair care and didn't find the help I was looking for anywhere else but here. Being a male, this is the first time in my life I had any interest in putting effort into my hair, as I have been growing it out for quite some time. Safe to say I had many, many questions. Thankfully the wonderful ladies that helped me had all the answers I needed. The women in my family always come to this store and it's easy to see why. Much mahalos to the friendly service I recieved. I arrived nervous, left feeling confident!"

"Be careful of the staff's advice! I ended up with bleached hair that I didn't want. Staff was rude. He said I should have read the directions and do a strand test first. I trusted his advice and instructions, and then he wanted to blame me for it. I came in the store to buy a less harsh product but then trusted his recommendation. I was very disappointed how I got treated! He gave me a bad attitude!!! Will never go back there again!!!"

"REVIEW OF CURBSIDE PICK UP :) I looked online first to figure out what I wanted. Then I called the store. The staff member I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable. I didn't need the actual item numbers just a product name and description. They got my order ready and I picked it up curbside. I'm so grateful - thanks SB and stay safe. p.s. I have been in person and they've always had very kind staff at this store."
