"I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure done the day before a trip to the Mainland. The place is clean and the staff friendly. The pedicure was well done and the polish stayed until it was time to have it redone. The manicure was well done. Unfortunately in less than 24 hours 2 of the fingernails the polish popped off and a few hours later a third one did the same. This is the first time I have experienced gel polish pop off this way. If I was not already on my trip, I would have gone back and feel confident they would have fixed it for me. I increased my stars from 3 to 4 because the salon contacted me and offered a new manicure. I appreciate the offer."
