"FIRST EXPERIENCE: Called for safety inspection and when I asked the guy what paperwork needed to be brought I couldn't because he already hung up on me. I arrived and attempted to shake hands as I introduced myself with the guy/owner or whoever who was helping. He just says 'paperwork'. No hi, nice to meet you or anything, very rude! As I looked for my paperwork I asked which paperwork because I was unsure. He seemed very impatient as I looked in my car, it took 2 minutes at tops. Once he finished I went to shake his hand and I said thank you. He started to walk away but then shook my hand after a few seconds. I said have a great day and he says nothing. Very rude! When I called he said he only takes appointments at a certain time but he let me come in at a certain time that he specified. But if you are going to be rude to your customers and not even show them the deceny to say, "have a good day back" or shake their hand. Then don't take the appointment! I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
