"Understanding staff and quality repair service. It took about three months before there was a time available for my car to be repaired, but once it was at the shop, the repair was done efficiently and proficiently. I definitely go back to this auto body shop if such car repair services were needed in the future. The only hiccup was that, when I had called 2 weeks before my appointment, asking for an estimate of how long it would take for the car to be ready once dropped off, I was told “I don’t know.” There’s a big difference between I don’t know, and the 5-7 days that I was told when I took the car to be dropped off for the appointment. That caused a bit of inconvenience and change of plans. But the car looks great now! And everything went smoothly with my car insurance insurance company."
