Not only did he fix my problem quickly he saved me close to $400 that I was quoted by another auto service and did with a smile of his face, and a positive attitude. "Paid $80 to have him go do a third party inspection on a van. When he showed up the van was not available to be viewed. Given that he drove 15 min there and back for the inspection, we were happy to compensate him for his time but also requested a partial refund given that no inspection was performed. He refused to give any money back and said he would follow up with the dealership to check on the car again but never did. He won’t reply to messages now. We wasted $80 on NOTHING. No service was performed at all. He made the matter very personal saying how he needed the money because Hawaii is so expensive. Not professional at all."
