"Frank wouldn’t perform a safety inspection because he claimed my insurance card was forged, as his rude wife smirked. He refused to call State Farm to verify it, as the DMV requires inspectors to do if a temporary card with no water mark is presented. Mine had the official, DMV printed watermark. Thank you State Farm for reporting him to the DMV for me, and hopefully, getting results. If he’s too stupid to understand what a watermark is, he’s too stupid to handle your car."

"I'm fair, so 3 stars. I've come here twice for a safety check and they got the check done fairly quickly and were efficient both times. Decently priced. However, the workers here are very rude. They make you feel very uncomfortable. Lots of tension between the employees. I've seen the lady there talk down to customers. Oh well, I dont think I will be coming back."
