"I had services done in this office. The dentists are great and work fast. The front office were awesome when I was there, they informed me about charges and the amount I should pay upfront. The reason why I gave 2 stars, was because while I was waiting for my dentist, I was either poked or tapped on my shoulder which caught me off guard as it was an unprofessional move to hand over a consent form to sign. The assistant was good though. The poke or tap move however wasn't."

"Dr. Kawasugi is amazing! My niece went to see him for Invisalign and the experience could not have been better. He was knowledgeable, informative, had amazing chair side and very patient. He explained to her about function and health and lastly esthetics. he was soo much better than the orthodontist that she saw previously. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for Invisalign! Thank you Dr. Kai!!"

"How was just refused service because I told them I was off island and had a negative covid test. They said they do not believe me and I had to prove it. They never said I needed any documentation when I spoke to them yesterday. They wasted my entire day. There are too many other competent dentists on island that haven't called me a liar."

"Dr. Takaki is a perfectionist when it comes to teeth. I had him remove all my silver and replace it with composite. He did a great job and you couldn't even see flaws. If you have any concerns, please speak up and he will take care of it immediately. They have coffee, water, and TV. Parking is convenient. I know my brother went to another dentist and they drilled so deep to remove the silver, they ended up removing the whole tooth and the wrong tooth as well. Dr. Takaki is very personable and easy to speak to. He answers all your concerns and takes the time to guide you to the best treatment plan and outcome. They do not rush you out if you have many questions. I highly recommend Dr. Takaki at Premier Dental Group, Pali momi, for basic care and cosmetic dental needs. I even recommended my family who will be seeing him also. I look forward to completing my cosmetic journey with him, like resurfacing/shaping my teeth and whitening after invisalign, maybe veneers. Everything will be symmetrical."
