Angel took care of me, he not only hooked me up with the best battery for my vehicle, he installed it right on the spot. He checked the charging system as well. As we were chatting, he learned I too was a recent transplant from the East Coast, and told me if I needed auto work, to let him know, and he might be able to make recommendations. Not only found my go to place for purchasing auto accessories, as the next day I went in and bought a portable charger, but I now have people to whom to turn if I need advice to future repairs. Angel sold me all the parts I needed for the replacement and even recommended a local shop that could do the service. I would’ve been stranded without his help. 5 star service!"

"Writing this review for Shawna S. specifically! I went into Autozone to buy new headlights before passing a safety check. I got to the register and the store manager Shawna helped me to make sure I was purchasing the right ones for my vehicle. I asked her a couple questions to make sure this was going to fix my headlight problem so I don’t fail another safety check. She answered all my questions patiently then even walked outside with me to my car while it was lightly raining AND changed both headlights FOR me in the parking lot. She went above and beyond & was so nice and helpful. I’ve never had such good customer service at any auto store before. Thank you again Shawna!"
