"Lavern truly is the best car rental agent I have come across. I was on island for 3 months in the summer of 2022, and decided I needed to rent a car in order to commute to work and explore everything Oahu has to offer. After a different company canceled a reservation on me I was scrambling and I came across Ez’s Affordable Car Rentals online. I needed to find a reasonably priced long term rental ASAP, and not only did they help me do just that but even more. I was immediately greeted with warmth as they helped negotiate prices with me to something I could fit into my budget. I was handed the keys to a beautiful brand new Jeep Gladiator truck almost the next day. That truck was wonderful and made so many amazing memories possible. After 2 months with it Lavern took it in for a maintenance check and swapped me for a newer and even MORE beautiful Jeep Gladiator. He was quick to respond to my messages and truly was a source of comfort for me during my 3 months on the island. He worked with me when I was moving around flights to make sure my needs were always met. I always felt so safe and reassured to be driving one of their cars. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
