"My vehicle was dropped off on 15 January and I was originally estimated for a 4 day cosmetic repair and 1 day for the mechanical repairs once parts arrived. The parts arrived on 02 February and instead of a quick turn around, I was told the estimated finish date was 09 February. No cosmetic repairs had been completed while waiting for parts, even though my truck had been there for two weeks. On 07 February, I recieved a notification that my estimated completion date was 29 February with no further information or follow up. I had to visit the shop in person to get the details of the delay, only to find out my truck wasn't even present and had been towed to a different vendor to complete repairs, all without any notification. When I finally did pick up my truck, it was evident that I was billed for work that wasn't completed. There were charges for a brand new tire, which was not present, and charges for labor for removing and replacing the front end of my truck even though the overspray and sanding marks across my truck showed almost nothing was removed and replaced for the cosmetic repairs. Throughout the entire process there was very little communication from the shops end. I was constantly reaching out, but it was difficult to reach anybody on the phone and even harder to get substantial details about the process. Overall, I would not recommend to anybody, especially if you are paying out of pocket and will have all these additional charges and nonsensical delays added throughout the process. The only positive was that the staff was not rude throughout any visits"

"My Challenger needed to be repaired since Oct however, being that we are on an island it took a long time for parts to come in at no fault of the shop (7 mo). I believe it was because of the make and model. When the parts came in, I was immediately contacted and was able to drop my vehicle off early next day. I had a rental waiting for me and received service quickly. It took maybe 4 days and repairs were completed. Picked my vehicle up the same day. I received text daily on where my car was during repairs. I received a detail report on what was done to the vehicle and I honestly could not tell what repairs were done, looked good as new.. Thanks a lot Autocraft."

"Chose Autocraft based on google reviews and my insurance recommendation. My car has a pearl paint with lots of flake in it so I was a bit concerned about how well they were going to get the paint to match. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Literally can't tell the bumper was repainted. The paint match is perfect and it all looks OEM. The pictures speak for the quality. Highly recommend Autocraft for anyone that needs paint work done."

Once I decided to get my repairs done through them, they specified a time frame by which the truck would be ready by and kept to their word about when I would be able to pick up my truck—it’s clear they knew exactly what to do to repair the damage and kept me updated consistently via text. They were very kind and friendly, and answered any questions I had within a very reasonable time frame, if not immediately. They go the extra mile in providing the best experience for their customers. I am truly impressed by their staff, as they are very hard-working and accommodating to customers’ needs. And, of course, my truck looks brand new! It was nice and clean, washed and wiped by the day of pick up.
