"These gals were great! While everyone else is shut down for Covid this office is working to stay open and provide great customer service. Got an excellent SUV that had been thoroughly cleaned at a rate half of what Alamo wanted over at Aulani Ko Olina. Thanks guys for not taking the pandemic as an opportunity to provide bad customer service like so many other businesses have."
"Enterprise and Alamo at this location and at Disney Aulani suck. First, Alamo rental at Disney didn’t have any cars. Then on-line we booked a car at Enterprise at Marriott just down the road and received a confirmation email. Upon arrival atEnterprise, we’re told “no cars”. (This is right out of the Seinfeld episode...) I showed him the confirmation and he just sat there. Finally, I demanded that he get on the phone and find me my car, which he did, at the airport, which cost us $50 to uber there. At the Enterprise at the airport, I asked to return the car to Enterprise/Alamo (now one company; who knew?) to Disney, and was told it would cost me $50. I asked them to waive that since we paid $50 to get to the airport when they violated our confirmation for a car at the Marriott. They said I had to talk to the manager of THAT Enterprise, but I was at the airport I pointed out... Finanlly, magically, they waived the return fee and we got our car. I don’t recommend using Enterprise/Alamo."
