"Parklinq's website was not working and double charged me on two different credit cards, even though I never got a confirmation that the first cards' payment had gone through. Also, I saw a tow truck pulling in as I was leaving--the combination of a poor website, an unverified credit card purchase that led to a double charge between my two credit cards, and the possibility of a tow makes for a shady company. Make SURE you weren't also double charged, and that your transaction went through (otherwise you could be towed). Why not just ticket instead of tow?! So evil."

"This paid parking is a ripoff, we arrived here jut 15 minutes before the sunset and wanted to stop to see it. The nearby Lagoon parking, which I believe is free, had a sign saying parking full, but cars were entering the parking lot. We decided to park at Parklinq Ko Olina Marina didn’t think that they change $17 flat rate including tax, with no in and out privileges, with no parking rates posted before entering. Another ripoff for the island and turist trap!"

"Makes paying for parking a breeze! Gone are the days of losing a ticket or carrying cash/coins. Convenient location at Ko Olina at the end of the lagoons, a little bit of a walk to the Marriott lagoon and Longboards but definitely worth it instead of waiting for a spot to open up. Website is also very user friendly and takes less than 5 minutes to pay for parking and be on your way."
