"TIRES TODAY! Awesome Customer Service! Excellent people! Great doing business with! I was in desperate need of a tire! I had been driving around on a spare for about a week and a half, and I called around trying to get quotes! First place I called, they said “ we are closed, call back tomorrow!” Then hung up on me (no hello, no goodbye, no Customer service!). The second place I called didn’t answer, but I left a message, as their answering machine said to do…. A month later, I have yet to receive a call back. The third place I called (Tires Today), Kalani answered! He was very nice and very professional. He got me scheduled quick to replace my tire. I had never been to their shop before, so of course I had to call for directions which Kalani gave just perfectly. I was in and out with a brand new tire in less than 30 mins!! Everyone at the shop was super nice!! This was about a month ago, but they left a long lasting impression. Definitely going back when I need new ones again!!"
