The receptionist and techs were warm and welcoming, and Dr. really took his time with me to go over areas of concern and things to watch out for. He took actual pictures in addition to X-rays and it really helped my understanding to see what he’s seeing. I’ve scheduled follow up appointments and have already recommended him to someone else."

"A family friend recommended that I go here after I had a bad experience at Pearl Family Dental. I had been looking around but didn’t go anywhere, so this was my first time back to a dentist in almost a year. I had called them the day before to ask if they were taking new clients. They said yes and asked if I had any immediate needs. I told them I was experiencing sensitivity to sweets in one side and cold on the other side. So they brought me in the very next day. My first experience at this dental office was better than any other place I’ve been to. They did a general examination which consisted of taking several X-Rays followed by checking my gums and entering in the different values. He explained everything he was doing, what he was looking at or looking for, he even explained what all those numbers mean when checking my gums. He checked the sensitivity I’ve been feeling and provided several options that could help and what the pros and cons of each are. I’ve never had a dentist that explained so much without me having to ask. So I actually learned a lot and appreciate the time taken to explain things to me. I will definitely be going back for all my future appointments. My next appt for a cleaning couldn’t be set just yet because they are very busy but they are supposed to call me when they can set an appointment-and I am ok with that."

"My first visit today turned out more than a 5-star review. Dr. Hiramoto and staff took a heavy burden off my shoulders. I initially called for a second opinion and ended up becoming a new patient with follow-up appointments. I was most impressed by Dr. Hiramoto’s concern and insightfulness. My well-being was his priority before he proceeded with anything else. After that consultation and an exam, Dr. Hiramoto provided a solution to my dental situation. He explained certain things that was all new to me. Some of his staff whom I interacted with, Jo, Corie, Genie and Raena were all awesome. My anxiety and fear of dentists seemed to have taken a backseat today because of the way they each presented themselves. They don’t realize how much better they made me feel.
