"Today was my first visit to Dr. Lum’s clinic. I was pleasantly surprised of the spacious reception area. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient from checking me in to booking my follow-up appointments. The tech who took the X-rays, was a pro and created a comfortable experience for me. Similarly, the hygienist was exceptional and informative, taking the time to explain the importance of flossing for oral health. Dr. Lum was very nice and though there were other patients present, I did not feel he was rushing through his exam. I highly recommend his dental clinic!"
