"Outstanding detailing service. Took my car here before shipping it back to the mainland. The car was so clean, that the guy inspecting it gave it a pass after just one quick look! They also managed to get paint off of my rear bumper from an accident I had 2 months ago. I love what they did!"

"I would have given them a 4 star but the customer service was bit on the aggressive side. I called them after I picked the vehicle up to discuss some issues I had which were very minor. I mean I only paid $400.00. The work was above average and I was planning to use them on consistent basis for my fleet. Unfortunately the owner or manager was super unprofessional. I'm usually a calm guy but this gentle was off his rocker. I gave him the same energy and the conversation went now where. I hung up and he called me back. At this point it's basically harassment. I'm just waiting for him to call back one more time so I can go down to the court house. I've decided to open my own detailing shop and provide world class service to not only the local population but to transient and military population. More than one way to skin a cat."

"I actually won a giveaway on Instagram for a Platinum exterior detail and 1 year ceramic coat. I dropped my car off yesterday morning (3/3). I told the gentleman that I would be out of the office all day and that if he could deliver the car to my work office it would be appreciated (I work very close). I received a text about 6 hours later letting me know my car was complete. I finished payment online with a detailed description of the work completed (which is nice and easy). He delivered my car to my work and the people I work with were texting letting me know how awesome it looked. When I arrived back to the office I was ecstatic! My car looked brand new! "I’m up because I can’t sleep and all I can think about is how *bleep*ing AMAZING Killer Queen is!!!!! I brought my brand new car in Saturday morning so distraught because my car had some type of spots all over it that came from a detail gone wrong. It was on my windows, windshield and the whole body of my car and it could not be wiped away. He managed to fit me into his schedule and when I tell you the results were immaculate. My car looked better then when I bought it. I’m so happy. So blown away by the customer service. It’s the best I’ve had in Hawaii. I’m so grateful I’m writing this review at 2:30am!!
