"We rented a car for 9 days from Elite Kauai Car Rental in March 2023. We have rented quite a few cars over the years, but never have we had an experience like this. I was referred to Biba at EKCR by the person from whom we rented our vacation unit, who has known Biba for many years. I am so glad we contacted her. She does not have a large fleet, and at first she said she did not have a car for our first 2 days, but she was willing to pick us up at the airport and take us to our south side resort! I asked if we could make a stop at a grocery store on the way, and she said sure, as long as we did a pre-order with Safeway so that it would be ready for a pick-up. That solved the food problem, but as it turned out, a car became available for us. She waited for us in the Lihue airport cell phone lot, and then met us at the curb as soon as we came out with our luggage! She had cold drinks and snacks for us in the GMC Acadia, which was quite large enough for 4 adults and all their luggage plus groceries. The return to the airport was just as easy; we drove up to the curb at our airline's drop-off place, and there she was waiting for us! Additionally, she is simply a delight to work with, so I will be highly recommending her to my friends and family who plan to visit Kauai. BTW, she also organizes excursions and made arrangements for a boat tour and a luau for us which were very enjoyable, as well as pricing a helicopter tour, which we opted not to do. She's a gem with a sunny, friendly personality. Mahalo, Biba!"

We’ve been coming to the island for years and this is the best experience we have had with car rental! Plus no waiting in line or bus rides to get our car! It was immaculate and high end.
