Herman, owner at Coconut Coast Car rental, immediately made me feel at ease! He called me and emailed me to confirm my rental, and explained the process and how to schedule my airport pick up shuttle. He even called to double check I had my pick up and return trips scheduled. The car was clean, full of gas, and super affordable. From the time I landed to being at my rental was less than 20 minutes, no joke. I feel like I stumbled across the best kept secret in Kauai!
