"Last July our 2500 dodge engine was replaced by TNT. It cost about $20k, took several weeks to replace and broke down after about 10 miles of driving and had two other major breakdowns within a few weeks. No other serious issues occurred until April 25th when oil somehow leaked into the radiator. TNT has had it since the end of April with no end in sight for repairs to be completed. Their shop and the company the engine it came from cannot figure out how oil got into the radiator and they want to put the SAME defective engine back in my vehicle without being able to diagnose the issue. This is our vehicle used mostly for recreation, so limited miles have been put on it since the engine replacement. The shop is very lacking in communication, says they will call and provide updates, but do not. We were told in June we would have it back in three weeks, and two months later, they don’t even have the engine. It seems like we were sold a defective $20k engine and nobody wants to own up and stand behind their product or service- it feels like excuse after excuse. At this point, I would not recommend considering this shop for your automotive needs, especially engine replacement. The work has been less than acceptable with an inferior product, and the service and communication has been worse. Four months, half of this year, and still no idea when our vehicle will be “fixed” and little faith it will be without further issues. Several trips have had to be cancelled due to not having our vehicle- at this point a loner and a partial refund should be in order. Steer clear of this shop if you desire quality, professional service or expect them to stand behind their work."

"Glad that I took my 1996 1st Gen Dodge Ram 3500 here. Very affordable and very professional. TNT was able to get my truck back to me in only a week. Last place I took my truck to for repairs had it for a month. We will definitely keep going back to TNT for all my repairs and maintenance needs."

"3 summers in a row. 3 mistakes in a row. Most of the work to be done was not, even though they charged for it. After 3 days after telling them about it, they fixed the issues, but as far as I'm concerned they are NOT a trustworthy shop. They could have at least offered to remove the labor charges since the labor wasn't done in the first place. Never going back. I have many more pics of what they did wrong also."
