"Attempted to exchange a battery here for a ten dollar gift card, I was referred here by fellow bmw enthusiasts whom have used this service with my EXACT SAME battery. It is a 12v EV battery and it costs 500$. The lady at the counter had an extremely rude attitude and immediately told me they don’t accept that kind of battery while glaring at me. I wasn’t unfriendly so I’m not sure why. It’s a premium battery from an electric car, and others have used this service with my exact battery. But I cannot??? It’s just a battery and it’s just a service for recycling anyway…. Unbelievable, and the fact she was basically falling asleep on the job and looked incredibly miserable was just the Cherry on top. Autozone accepted my battery FYI and I will NEVER return to an or oreilly or recommend them ever again. Get some employees who know how to smile… for your sake."
