"I visited this location (E. Twain) today, for the first time, as I usually visit the location on W. Sahara, and was assisted in buying my first wig by store associate, Lexii. As I have never brought a wig, I had many questions, and she was able to answer them all, as well as help me find a beautiful wig, that I love. She listened to my wants and got me together. She was kind, personable, helpful, and patient (as I spent an hour trying to figure out which wig I wanted). She suggested a few for me to try, and got me one I absolutely love. Also, the Asian lady at the register (not sure of her name), was very sweet. The security guard was cool as heck, as we cracked jokes while I waited to check out. Great prices, great selection, and cool people. I will no longer be visiting the Beauty Supply Warehouse, this is now my favorite beauty supply store. Thanks again Lexii, for having me out here looking just as good as I feel!"

"I love shopping at Lux Beauty Supply Store. When you walk into the door you are welcome and they let you know up front if you need any help just let us know. I’m not from NV but, been living here almost 3 years. I have found the place to shop for hair, hair supplies, and like that they are concerned about pleasing there customers and will go out of there way to let you know what hair products you need to take care of your wigs. I don’t know all the workers name, but I can say they all have treated me with respect and have shown me they will make sure you are satisfied with what you want. Princess is the one person I first met and she is all about pleasing the customers that come into the store. I like that the young man that is up front speaks to you as you is there anything WE can help you with. The owner is so pleasant and very friendly, I like the idea that they will cut your place wigs for you which is what I’m use to when I shopped in PA. I met a young lady today ( sorry I forgot your name), but she was so helpful that she went out of her way to tell me what I need to use on my wig to keep the wet look I had chose to buy, since that did not carry it, but sold me product to use that will work until I get the product. All I can say is I will always buy my hair & products from Lux Beauty Supply Store."

"The ladies in here are always super helpful and patient when it comes to helping out customers in the wig section. I am so indecisive but they work with me until I find something that works for me. More than I can say about some of the other beauty supplies in the area that are super strict/rigid with their wig try on policy."
