"Purchased Groupon ,when I tried using it nobody was answering the phone , I drove there and 4 girls “working” in the lobby explained to me that they currently don’t have a doctor to do the procedure and I should contact Groupon for refund. I contacted Groupon and they called the “spa” and they said that’s not true. Beware, scammers!!!"

"I would never come bad experience don't waste your time they over charge on 2 different occasions. Dr screwed up 2 times and had to pay more money than they normally charge.They don't care about delivering good results I had to pay for the Dr's mistakes."

"First time trying Artisan Center Medspa, and I was impressed by many things. It was a good experience from the moment I stepped inside- nicely decorated, I was warmly and promptly greeted, and most of all my service was wonderful! I got a hydrafacial and could see the results of clearer, hydrated skin right away. Joanne was great, made some recommendations for future skin care treatments without being pushy at all. And the price for a hydrafacial with a mask for an hour and a half treatment was less than when I went elsewhere and received just a hydracaial for a half hour service. I will be going back, and do recommend this spa to others."

"I had a fantastic experience here getting an Aqua Peel (Hydrafacial). I walked out with my skin feeling refreshed, clean, and I was so relaxed during the experience that I might've taken a little nap too. The experience happens in a private room and it was almost like getting a massage. My face was a little red after the extraction (as expected) but it was back to normal within an hour. I had an awesome time and I'm certainly planning on returning frequently to keep my skin glowing and hydrated!"

"I started going here about 18 months ago and am fully satisfied this is the place for me. After trying many different spas and facials as well as several high end skin care lines I still wasn't happy with my dull, blotchy and congested skin. Since I've started going to Artisan skin spa I've had a few different facials and have made the gradual switch to using most of their facial products line. The facials immediately made my skin feel so much better, moisturized and smooth. I enjoy the calming and peacefulness of the treatment rooms and the professionalism of the staff. I'm sure they're all great but Serena is my favourite; so knowledgeable, professional, kind and really listens to try and figure out what is best for you. She was able to diagnose and start treating the part of my facial skin I disliked the most right away. I am genuinely happy with my skin now. The goal in my mind when I went there was to eventually feel comfortable going without makeup on any given day - mission accomplished! It's no longer something I think about besides when I'm using my products and feeling thankful for them and the hard work they do. I should note one of the things that impressed me the most about Artisan Skin spa was the lack of pressure to buy products. During facials they inquire as to what you use on your skin and appear to try to work with what you've got but suggest a few small changes. also left my first facial with several samples, which was very helpful as I could see if it was a routine that worked for me (it totally did, very easy)."
