"I’m sad to write this because I was excited to try this place as my sister gifted me a $250 gift certificate for Christmas. My sister is out of state so she called and paid over the phone. I was never given a physical item, other than the purchase on her bank statement. I called to schedule a massage in March and had to cancel due to covid. (I cancelled ahead of time.) At this time there was no mention of a time restraint on the gift certificate. I tried calling to schedule and she wouldn’t honor the gift certificate purchased and said she threw out the paper with my name on it. (Who throws out business info? Don’t you need that for taxes?) I’m a person who tips on everything and was shocked she wouldn’t accommodate especially after being paid. If you’re looking to buy a gift certificate from here I would think twice."

"Such a relaxing experience! Im new to Vegas and I took my friend to get the 80 min. Therapeutic massage and it was heaven! Prices are fair and WORTH IT! It was my first experience with the hot stones and it was a treat! Bruno and Frank were our massage specialists, they were very warm and welcoming and friendly...very professional and awesome! The front desk lady (I forgot her name) she was so nice! I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10...will come back on my next vacation! Go see them! Only recommendation is for them to put up a sign so people can find it easier. But other than that, GOLDEN!"
