"Great place but difficult to get an appointment. We are members and lucky if we can book together monthly. Sometimes we go 2 or 3 months without being able to get appointment. Their policy is you must cancel 24 hours in advance or your charged, no matter what the excuse is. But they can cancel anytime, all the way up to the moment you arrive and you get no compensation for your inconvenience."

"The massage was good, however, I paid for 60 minutes and I only received 45 minutes. My massage did not start at the appointed time, and ended early. My previous experience they would always set a timer. I will not go back. The price is doubled, and I received less time. Pay attention to your time."
"I’ve tried a few therapists at this location. So far, Kirk has been the most intuitive. Pressure was perfect, pace was slow. He was listening to tissue, not bullying it. Wonderful experience! I will definitely be booking with him again."
