"Gina saved me from intense pain and discomfort. I’m so grateful! I stumbled upon the office after returning from the renegade burn (Burning Man 2021) with second degree burns and boils on my back from a cupping incident in the desert heat. It was uncomfortable to sit and I had to get on a plane in a few days. Gina treated me with gentle kindness and showed me how to care for my boils. "My husband went in to see Gina back in October due to severe back pain. He didn't feel any difference and never went back. We then received our first bill in the mail 4 months later (February and stating we were 90 days past due) after they had been paid by our insurance. When I called and questioned the front desk about it, a very rude receptionist told me it was my job to investigate this sort of thing with my insurance company... so I did. When I called back and explained to her that this bill had been paid by insurance and we didn't owe anything based on the agreement as an in network service provider, she then threatened us and told us that if we didn't pay that bill she would be charging us for a no call no show (that we don't remember, seeing as it was 4 months ago already). I then had my insurance company call and explain the in network provider agreement to her. True to her threat, she sent the $80 bill out a day later. Based on the lack of professionalism this business has displayed I would suggest avoiding them. All this over a $9 bill that they billed in error."
