But she brought same conditions of shirts 2times and threw in the counter and walk away. Plus, keep starring at me. What an attitude. What a lovely day to start my first vacation in Hawaii."

"Located in the Royal Hawaiian Center, Stussy Honolulu is a great store in terms of stock, customer service and location. Line usually will take around 10-30 minutes sometimes, and once entered, staff will help you out when needed. I have came back to this store multiple times in one week and the staff there were friendly and nice, making sure the customer has a good shopping experience. In terms of stock, many honolulu tees will be there when they do restock, as they usually have large amounts of them. For other items, stock is average, as hoodies and sweaters may be limited but there are a good amount of stock for shirts."

"Spending a week in Honolulu for Veterans Day long weekend. Been that store a few times as the colour I wanted to buy was out of stock and the staff asked me to come back on the following day that would be restocked. Some sizes might be out of stock you may try on the following day. 3-4pm is the non-peak hour and shorter line. After 7pm would be the peak hour."

"My wife bought a hoodie last Monday at this store as my birthday gift during our trip to Honolulu. And when we went home and rinsed it, the print on it fell off immediately. We spent $136 for a hoodie and can't even wear it for one time, can you imagine that? We follow the wash instruction and rinse it in cold water and tumble dry cold, the quality is not what I expected for the price tag. I called the store and ask for return/exchange, and they told me they can process that only if I come back to the store, that's ridiculous! Majority of the shoppers of those stores are visitors, no local will even need a hoodie. The answer is not acceptable, I'll file a complaint on BBB. If you are looking for a quality product and decent customer service, look some where else, not this brand and not this store."
