"My wife and I walked in here on on 1/26/24 about 3:30, there was no customers in the shop just 3 employees? shooting the breeze, they did not greet us nor acknowledge us, just ignored us. Yes we are older but there looking for gifts for our teenage grandchildren, after walking around not finding what we were looking for and being purposefully ignored we left and spent our time and money elsewhere….clueless untrained staff."

"We came here because my feet were blistered, and I needed to get new slippahs. We didny know it was 10min before closing, but I knew I would be quick cause my feet hurt so bad. Male employee that was bringing in surfboards from outside told my wife we got time and we good. I asked the girl at the cash register and she told me they closed in 2 minutes...meaning don't shop. She had curly, blonde dyed hair and glasses...WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No Aloha at all. We took our business elsewhere. The next store we went to, even though it was really 2 minutes until closing, welcomed us and even showed us around the store to make sure we found what we were looking for."

Jenn help me pick out one that would work for me and her and her manager Chi went above and beyond and held the board for me until I could get in the next morning.
