"SSS did not correctly replace my air intake assembly after some front end work on car, left everything unassembled. Noticed the loud noise on the way home, opened hood to discover this. Drove back and showed the shop the problem. Their response was "those can come apart sometimes" which is total BS, the entire air box/intake assembly wasn't installed after being removed. Complete lack of concern and no attention to detail."
